Upload, publish, distribute, or make the editable files available for free or for sale

7. Canva and Third-Party Platform Responsibility

Many Digital Nova products are designed for use with Canva. Canva is a third-party platform and is not owned or controlled by Digital Nova.

You are responsible for creating, accessing, and maintaining any third-party accounts needed to use your purchased products.

Digital Nova is not responsible for Canva outages, platform changes, removed features, account limitations, subscription changes, font or element availability, or other issues caused by Canva or any other third-party service.

References to Canva, Shopify, payment processors, email providers, or other third-party platforms do not imply ownership, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless clearly stated.

8. No Professional Advice

Digital Nova products are provided as creative, educational, organizational, and design resources.

Our templates, guides, pricing documents, proposals, business documents, and digital resources are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, business, or professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and adapting any template or document to fit your specific business, brand, legal, financial, or professional needs.
