At Digital Nova, we sell digital download products only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical items.

Because all products sold by Digital Nova are digital, no physical product will be mailed or shipped to you.

No Physical Shipping

Digital Nova products are delivered electronically. This means:

  • No physical package will arrive by mail
  • No tracking number will be issued
  • No carrier delivery timeline applies
  • No shipping address is required for digital product delivery
  • No traditional shipping charges apply

Billing or contact information may still be requested during checkout for payment processing, order confirmation, fraud prevention, or account-related purposes.

Digital Delivery

Once your purchase is completed, your digital product will be delivered electronically.

Depending on the product, delivery may include:

  • A download link on the order confirmation page
  • A download link sent to the email address used at checkout
  • A PDF access guide with product links and setup instructions
  • Canva template links
  • Downloadable files, PDFs, guides, or digital resources
  • Access instructions included with your purchase

Please make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout before completing your order.

Delivery Time

In most cases, digital products are available shortly after purchase. Delivery may appear on the order confirmation page, in your order confirmation email, or through the digital delivery method used for that specific product.

Some delivery timing may depend on payment processing, email delivery, app settings, or the digital product delivery system being used.

If you do not receive your files or access instructions, please check:

  • Your spam or junk folder
  • Your promotions or filtered inbox folders
  • Your order confirmation email
  • Your order confirmation page
  • Any PDF, download file, or access instructions included with your purchase

If you have trouble accessing your files, links, templates, or digital product instructions, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Email Address

Digital Nova is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email address entered at checkout.

However, if you entered the wrong email address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to help update or resend your access information when possible.

Product Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product description before purchase and make sure they have access to any required third-party platform, such as Canva, if applicable.

Some Digital Nova products may require a free Canva account or access to specific third-party tools in order to edit or use the product properly. Any important access or compatibility details will be listed on the product page whenever applicable.

Digital Nova is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platform outages, account restrictions, software changes, customer editing choices, or lack of familiarity with the required tools.

Shipping Policy Scope

This Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy applies only to digital products sold by Digital Nova.

Since we do not sell physical goods, traditional shipping timelines, carrier delays, customs processing, physical delivery attempts, mailed returns, and package tracking do not apply.
