Ordering & Access
What kind of products do you sell?
Digital Nova offers professionally designed digital products for businesses, brands, and creators, including Social Media Templates, Media Kits, Pricing Guides, Business Documents, and other editable brand resources. Every product is delivered digitally and made to be customized with your own text, colors, images, and branding.
Do you ship physical products?
No. All Digital Nova products are digital downloads only. Nothing will be physically shipped.
How will I receive my purchase?
After checkout, your purchase will be delivered digitally. You will receive an email with the file, access link, or instructions needed to open and use your product right away.
When will I get my files?
Most files are delivered immediately after purchase. If you do not see your email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If it still has not arrived, contact us at support@digitalnovabrand.com.
Where can I find my download link?
Your download link is shown on the order confirmation page and also sent to your email. In most cases, your access PDF or file will include the link to open your Canva template or download your product files.
Do I need Canva to access and edit my files?
Yes. Most Digital Nova templates are designed to be edited in Canva, so you will need a free Canva account to open and customize them. A Canva Pro subscription is only needed if the product page specifically says so.
Can I access my purchase more than once?
Yes. You can revisit and reuse your purchased files anytime, as long as your use follows the product license. If you ever have trouble accessing your files, please contact us at support@digitalnovabrand.com.
What if I entered the wrong email at checkout?
No problem. Contact us at support@digitalnovabrand.com as soon as possible and include your order details. We’ll help you resend your access information to the correct email.
Editing & Using Your Templates
Are your templates editable?
Yes. Our templates are fully editable, so you can customize the text, colors, fonts, images, and branding to match your business or personal style.
What do I need to edit the templates?
Most Digital Nova products are designed to be edited in Canva. You will need a Canva account to open and customize your template. Most designs work in Canva Free unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Not always. Most templates can be edited with a free Canva account. However, some designs may include certain elements, fonts, or features that require Canva Pro. If that applies, it will be noted on the product page.
Do I need design experience?
No. Our templates are made to be user-friendly and easy to customize, even if you have little or no design experience. If you need extra help, you can also refer to our Canva Help Guide.
Can I change the fonts, colors, and images?
Yes. You can customize the fonts, colors, images, and text to fit your brand, style, and business needs.
Are photos included?
Some products include photos or image placeholders, while others may require you to upload your own. Any important image details will always be listed on the product page, so be sure to review it before purchasing.
Will my final design look exactly like the preview?
The main layout and design structure will stay the same, but the final result may vary based on your edits, your Canva plan, and the fonts, photos, or elements you choose to use.
What should I do if my template link does not open?
First, make sure you are logged into your Canva account and opening the correct access link from your purchase email or PDF. If the link still does not work, contact us through our Contact page or email support@digitalnovabrand.com and we’ll help you out.
Can I edit my templates on mobile or tablet?
Yes, but for the easiest editing experience, we recommend using Canva on a desktop or laptop whenever possible. Some adjustments are easier to manage on a larger screen.
Refunds, Support & Help
Do you offer refunds?
Because Digital Nova sells digital products with instant access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital downloads.
What if I purchased the wrong product by mistake?
If you purchased the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@digitalnovabrand.com. While digital purchases are generally non-refundable, we are happy to review the issue and see whether there is a reasonable way to help.
