At Digital Nova, we sell digital download products only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical items.
Because our products are delivered digitally and may be accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed and the digital product has been delivered or made available.
Please review each product description carefully before purchasing.
Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to accept returns of delivered files, access links, templates, or downloadable resources.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Canva templates
- Digital business cards
- Media kits
- Pricing guides
- Project proposals
- Social media template packs
- Downloadable PDFs, guides, and digital resources
- Other editable digital products sold by Digital Nova
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, the order is considered fulfilled.
Refund Exceptions
Although digital purchases are generally final, we may offer a refund, replacement, corrected file, or store credit in limited situations, including:
- You were charged more than once for the same product by mistake
- You received the wrong file or an incomplete file
- The file is corrupted, inaccessible, or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- You experience a technical issue that prevents access to the product, and our support team is unable to reasonably resolve the issue
Refunds, replacements, and store credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Not reading the product description before purchasing
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Believing a product included features, files, formats, or services not listed in the product description
- Incompatibility with third-party software, platforms, or tools not stated in the product listing
- Difficulty using Canva or basic editing tools
- Preference-based reasons such as style, layout, color, design direction, or creative taste after purchase
- Lack of time, business changes, or no longer needing the product after purchase
Canva and Editing Responsibility
Many Digital Nova products are designed for use with Canva. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they have access to the required platform and understand the basic editing process before purchasing.
Most Digital Nova templates are beginner-friendly, but customers are responsible for editing their own templates unless done-for-you customization is clearly included in the product listing.
Some templates may use features, fonts, images, or elements that vary depending on your Canva plan. Any important requirements will be listed on the product page whenever applicable.

Timeframe for Support Requests
To be considered for a refund review related to duplicate purchases, incorrect delivery, incomplete files, corrupted files, or technical access issues, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Requests submitted after 14 days may still be reviewed, but we cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit unless required by applicable law.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed for a product that was successfully delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available, we reserve the right to provide order records, download/access records, email records, product information, and related purchase details to the payment provider as part of the dispute process.
We encourage customers to contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If local law requires a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy, those rights will apply.
